Max Leiserson (Principal Investigator)
Max Leiserson is a computer scientist and computational biologist. His main research interests are in developing and applying algorithms and statistics to understand the genetics of cancer. He was a graduate student with Ben Raphael in Computer Science and Computational Biology at Brown University, and was a postdoctoral researcher at Microsoft Research, New England.
During his time at U. Maryland, Max has been a paid consultant for Microsoft and Mosaic Building Group.
Max is leaving his position at U. Maryland to join Mosaic.
